This pendant has incredible depth and texture. Made with multiple layers of textured premium dichroic on a black base. Perfect for the Holidays in gorgeous shades of light green, blue, brilliant red and gold ripple. The glass cabochon measures 33 x 26mm. Total length with bail just under 1 1/2 inch. This piece was entirely hand crafted by me in my home studio! The glass cabochons are made by cutting and carefully layering dichroic glass bits, then placed in a kiln and fired, with more dichroic being added and re-fired multiple times for incredible depth and color play (unless a special technique or otherwise described). When I’m happy with the piece it is then shaped with lapidary equipment, then placed back in the kiln to polish the edge and anneal the piece for extra strength.
