Handmade Elf dressed in red velvet and jingle bell boots 23' tall

before there was the elf on a shelf, there were people making hand made christmas decorations that were festive and cheery. This Elf was made more than 25 years ago and purchased in a North Shore Long Island local holiday fair, likely made by one of the communities generous citizens. Cute as can be. Fabric has been "dyed" to look aged. At this point the red velvet bloomers are being suspended with a safety pin! Every wonderful detail here! Is about 23" long
