This handmade cream-colored woven fabric cloche hat is a perfect summer accessory, stylish at the beach, or paired with a sundress for a casual day. Cloche is French for bell and this hat can indeed look very 1920s chic, elegant, & Parisian with the brim folded up, or you can rock more of a 90s bucket look with the brim folded down for added sun protection. This hat was made by Etsy seller BestByAnny. The only reason it is not NWT is because, being handmade, it didn't come with tags in the first place. I thought I was going to do a 20s hat thing this summer but this style really doesn't work for my particularly weird-shaped head. I put it on once, thought, "NOPE!" then life got busy and I exceeded the return window and, well, here we are.
