I purchased this dress off of the maker, but never ended up wearing it! Handmade with waist and shoulders that can be cinched and extended. Loose stitching under one of the arm holes, easy fix for a sewer. No tag. I think the original maker wore it once. Best fits a medium or large. Pit to Pit 24 in Length 43 in Waist 24 in Measurement Notes 14” across waist fully cinched and approximately 24” across waist fully let out - somewhere in the middle would be an ideal fit!
