Handmade Christmas Santa Skirt Plus Size Women's patchwork flannel corduroy

Handmade Christmas Skirt Featuring a quilted vintage fabric panel printed with Santa's Workshop: toys, bears, elves, presents, reindeer, etc. Other fabrics include a lightweight blue corduroy, a red velvet like fabric, and green plaid flannel. Elastic waist band sits at 15" laid flat but can stretch to 24" to accommodate a wide range of plus sizes. The full skirt is approximately 26" long and is perfect for spinning/twirling and would look amazing with a fun petticoat/slip underneath.
