I hand made this incredible dress, earrings, embellished the red gloves and made the barrel. It can be worn over anything you want...I wore it over a red sheath dress to a fundraiser. I will sell the floral head dress separately for $500. It is covered with flowers, faux candy, rhinestones and beads. and is HEAVY.
