Please excuse some possible small imperfectios as these are Handmade and no two are alike. Polyester/spandex textured knit fabric. Pink ribbon on white background. Head Band is approx. 18" long that expands to approx. 23" in diameter and is approx. 2" wide that fits most. Hand washing is recommended, with mild soap. Do NOT bleach. Brand new, never worn.
