Handmade Black Feather Wings Poor Condition for Parts Halloween Costume Cosplay

This is a pair of homemade black feather wings. They are not in good condition, missing a lot of feathers. They are really just a good base for you to build on top of. The base is cardboard, and there is wire in the center to make them posable. The cardboard for each side is 12.5 inches wide and 12 inches long. The feathers are falling off, and there is no way to attach the wings to your person.
