Handmade Barbie Shirt & Hat Set

Brand New but with a Flaw on the hat, this is only for people who don’t mind the flaw, but still a nice set. I don’t like how these type of T-Shirts fit as to why I’m trying to sell. Made by me , I have too many unworn clothes so I need to make space . :) :)
