Handmade Artisan Vintage Crochet SACRED HEART Scapular NECKLACE

This is a beautiful handmade Sacred Heart necklace. Pendant is a laminated antique scapular with baby blue crochet trim. One side reads “Apostleship of Prayer in League with the Sacred Heart” and has a colored drawing of Jesus. Underneath is text reading “copyright 1936 by apostleship of prayer“. Other side has a large Sacred Heart and reads “copyright 1936 by apostleship of prayer Cease! The heart of Jesus is with me! Sacred Heart of Jesus, thy Kingdom come! 300 days each time“. Burnished pewter-colored metal chain with clasp at back of neck. Pendant measures approximately 2 1/4 inches long by 2 inches wide. It is topped with a delicate pink ribbon bow. Chain measures 8 1/2 inches in length for a total necklace length of 11 inches including pendant. The components used to create this necklace are antique and/or vintage, item was created in 2009.
