Handmade 1980s Japanese Satin Red Dress Size Small

This dress is gorgeous! The colors are stunning! The dress was brought from Japan as a gift to its owner. The dress was worn once. it appears to have been altered slightly by moving the position of the cloth toggles (pictured). The measurements pictured are correct.
