ktmrbltn @wanderbuster hi! It actually would work well for both. I am usually between those sizes, and this fits me really well. I’d say it fits a 4 well on shoulders and sleeve length, but looks super cute if you’re a size 2 because the waist and neck are both gathered and slimming. It’s really well made so it is just a beautiful piece for a small in general. I hope that helps!
