Hand-knit women's blue & white chunky knit sweater (M?)

Hand-knit (see adorable tag--go Carol!) women's blue & white geometric design chunky knit ski sweater with a boatneck collar. Sleeves are slightly "puffed" where they meet the shoulder. Ribbed cuffs (shown folded over in photos) and ribbed bottom hemline; unique boatneck collar that you don't see often in heavier sweaters. Because this is handmade, there is no size tag, but based on how it fits me, I think it's a Medium (see measurements below). Likewise, I don't know what type of yarn this is, but it is not itchy. Yarns are navy blue, light blue (or blue-gray), and white. Very cozy and in excellent pre-loved condition.
