💖 Handcrafted Vintage Wooden Fruit with Basket

Funky fun hand-carved vintage wooden fruit in rich brown tones. The sturdy wrapped-wire basket is not wooden, but it displays the fruit quite well. I can’t tell what it’s made of. Almost like twisted plant stalks. Or maybe banana leaves? OR, it may be synthetic. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Whatever the case, it’s unique AND strong. OK… back to the fruit: Six bananas, five clusters of grapes, a star fruit and, I think, a pomegranate? A pineapple? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔 A total of 13 pieces… plus the basket. There are no markings, and I don’t know where they were made, but I can assure you they’re HAND carved. Smooth as silk! All the pieces are in very good condition. As you’ll see in the photo, a grape on one of the clusters has come unglued. Once you have them all arranged together, though, you won’t even notice.
