Handcrafted Felt Valentine “Be Mine” Wall Hanging Banner Romantic Lace Appliqué Twenty Inches by 26 inches. Mauve pink and cream felt banner on a thin dowel with a cord for hanging. This is a three layer banner with a felt back. It’s decorated with appliqué fabric flowers, vines, and a large heart. Lace pieces, fringe and white buttons are also part of the design. There’s a stain on the right side of the lace square on which the heart is appliquéd. The banner is neatly and well made. A lot of work went into it. Perfect for a Valentine decoration or a gift to a loved one. Ships from my smoke-free home. Very good vintage condition with no stains, tears, or funky odors.
