Handblown Art Glass Vintage Retro Green w/Yellow Stripes & Red Dots Groovy Vase

Such a cool vase! It is handblown and in great condition. There is one small scuffed area, shown in the zoomed photo above. I have found no other flaws. I do not know the maker or age, as it has no identifying information. Ruffle, handkerchief, scallop top. Measures 10" tall. It has Murano traits, although I believe it to be an Asain piece.
