bitsnbytesfl Sorry to be a bother, but do you, or are you able to wear this with the wings extended as shown in the photo? Will they stay open if you don't have a large item in the purse pushing them open? I love how big it appears, and I'm guessing the 19" you mentioned is at top with the wings out, but i love it because it seems like a very large bag. But if the wings don't stay out, the bottom length looks smaller than the height which I'm afraid will be about 12" wide. Thanks
