Black patent leather tote with colorful floral design embellished with rhinestones around opening of bag and the handle witch locks in place. Lift it gently and it locks the bag and it has rhinestones on the oval shaped lock. Also there is a V shaped symbol on front of bag as shown in pics. Never used NWT strap included, 13” W x 11”W x 7” D with 7” double handle drop. Also black stones around opening of bag as well with rhinestones. Gold tone hardware. Interior has 4 pockets 2 with zip closure.
