mikki999 @erinmk1111 hi the leather is very soft buttery & smooth There are no imperfections on the bag or on the handles or the rings it has a card inside on how to care for the washed leather it has never been used . Inside is also new. What other pictures did you want.? The cover bag which is new comes with it .
