To be honest I was born a very dark brunette, gray came in when I was pretty young hated how coloring made me look so friends took me blonde over time, never thought I would love it! So I sent a picture of myself to e-salon, google it, I filled out all questions & my stuff costs $20 when I do it, my beautician does it all the way through a couple times a year, foils, & believe it or not lowlights that's it! No tone
