It was handmade by my moms cousin, an artist in Brazil. The dress was handmade, using a fully handpainted fabric as material. A nice mix of blue clors, with a variety of sized & colored birds. Pretty backless accent. Very short dress, or can be worn as a longer top. No size marked... fits like an XS - Small. Pictured with an aqua belt, not included.
