Hand knit sweater vest

Small, hand knitted sweater vest, blue with a hint of grey. Has no tags, so I don't know exactly what the material is. I am tall, so with a shorter torso this might not be a crop top, but it is a slightly higher rise and I am wear mid-rise jeans in the photo. I can share the dimensions, if needed! Just ask
