Hand crafted dress, size M, multi-colored

This one-of-a-kind dress is fun and funky! I bought it from an independent NY clothing designer at a crafts festival. No tags. Never worn. The material is stretchy and thin. the length down the middle from neckline to the hem is 25 inches (front) and 31 inches (back). The width across the waist (along the horizontal band) is 14 inches. I'm 5'2" and this dress sits just above my knees.
