Hand carved wood little girl with a blue present by Anri Italy . Ruler in pic to help with size visualization ~ 3.25" tall. Still has sticker on teh bottom. Some of the paint is a bit faded see last 2 pictures for examples. The top of the head has some globs looks like manufacturing chisel marks and then painted over . Very sweet .
