Hand carved tie tack

This Tie Tack comes from my Dad’s collection of dresser drawer treasures. In brand new condition and a good possibility never worn. Thought to have come from a 1990s artist sales convention in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. In the shape of a small duck/pheasant. The label on the box is the artists’ identity.
