Hand beaded Vintage PINK Jeweled Rhinestone Statement Collar Necklace DIY Craft

I have had this gem in my collection for years and years….and just think it should be living a beautiful life on you! Vintage beauty! Lots if hand crafted detail. Once buttoned on a jacket, dress or coat. I wanted to fix a ribbon to it and wear it as a necklace. Sew it to a Blazer collar…so many creative ways to wear it! Has some loose threads etc, but I never cared! It’s gorgeous! About 17” long. 2” or so on the scallops.
