Hand Painted Heart Trinket Box Quimper Style With Breton Man--Italy

Hand Painted Heart Shaped Trinket Box Made in Italy. The box features a traditional Breton man on the lid and yellow and blue painted bands circling the bottom of the box. It measures approximately 4.5” x 4.5” and is 2” in height. It is in very good condition. There are a couple of tiny nicks to the glaze at the bottom of the lid. They can be seen in the last photo. This box was not manufactured by the Quimper factory in France, but it copies Quimper’s design. I purchased the trinket box at an estate sale. The seller had a huge collection of Quimper pottery and this box coordinated with it nicely.
