Excellent preowned condition with no cracker chips vintage Gold Imari candle holder is white with emera pursuit green and beautiful metallic gold. Parking lot Four tiny scenes of nature also adorn this piece. Red flowered trees, soft gray and blue mountains and perching exotic birds complete the illustrations. About 1.5” cylindrical body. 4.5” tall and 4” in diameter at base. Candle opening size is approximately 1.25”. Japanese Imari porcelain goes back to CE1603. In the 18th century, Imari became highly treasured in Europe. It can be found in museums on displays of colonial decor.
