Hand Painted Elephant Figurine New In Box

Never have taken out of box to display but had gotten some years ago. I’m going to add a screenshot of an online store I found this exact elephant I have but theirs measures 5” and the same box but it’s listed for $1850.00. The description was for a 5” figurine and then I found the same model for this size listed for $650.00 at the same store which I will add to the brand. I’m not sure if it’s Chinese or Thailand. It’s a 3” size. I really couldn’t find anything similar but other than being hand painted I think the paint they use is actual gold. It’s also a collector’s item I think. I think this elephant represents happiness. An interesting thing about this guy is 3 of his 4 feet have a bottom but only 1 looks to be hollow or without a footpad. Shown in last pic. I don’t know anymore than that.
