Hand Made Tank Girl cosplay - base

Just the base of a tank girl cosplay. You can pair with green overalls, or coveralls or any other accessories. The arm warmers look really gross but I guarantee they were tea stained and dirtied with makeup (bronzer). I specialize in making costumes that look *disgusting* but are actually quite clean (zombies, post apocalyptic, that sorta thing) so I promise I'm not selling something gross. It was worn once.
