Hand Blown Glass Black Penguin with Clear Glass over it

Super adorable Glass penguin figurine. This is not a murano because the colors are not correct. This penguin is black with a thick layer of clear glass over his color and a clear beak and wings. He stands about 3.25 inches tall, 3 inches wide wing tip to wing tip. I see no issues and there are no cracks or chips. At the top you can see a string of the black glass that didn't get broken off while the clear glass was being blown around it. It is not a crack it just a remnant of the black glass. He is a different type of hand blown glass penguin 🐧 but he is so cute. Reference: Box 9
