Hand Blown Art Glass Vase Blue Clear Speckled Pontil Scar Signed Ribbed 5" Tall

Beautiful mouth blown art glass vase. Light blue spots surounded by clear. I am unable to make out the etched signature on the bottom, but looks like L.P.P.... Measures 5" tall. No chips, cracks or flaws, but there is a visible rough pontil scar from when this piece was created. Questions and offers are welcomed:)
