Halti dog collar

Dog collar by Halti. Good for dogs who pull hard. This brand is similar to the Gentle Leader. Only used a handful of times. The device didn't work for me and my pup, but I have seen it be effective on many other dogs. This item has been thoroughly cleaned and will be sanitized again before shipping.
