Halter-top dress

Nice gently worn royal blue halter-top dress with ruffles at cleavage, pockets, and elastic waistband (has loops for a belt but no longer have it). Has lining and dress is 100% polyester. I'm about 5'5" and it hits right at my knees. No holes or stains. Really cute for a night out with the girls! 💃
