Halter-style dress with empire waist

Mrow! Turn heads in this pretty, leopard and mandala-patterened dress! It has a halter-style top, a keyhole front, and an empire waist. The fabric is soft and stretchy. The skirt hem is 39" from the shoulder - it hits me just above the knee (I'm 5'8".) It's equally at home at a party with strappy heels as it is at work with a fitted blazer or cropped cardigan. Gently worn, in great condition; machine washable!
