Halter Top NWOT

Beautiful blue halter, black design with beaded neck. It has a very comfy chocker like beaded neck that bottons in the back that holds up the tube top like body of the shirt. Elastic at top of top and bottom to give that bloused out look. Very comfy mat'l too. Bought for Vegas but never wore it!!
