NWOT. An elastic back; cold shoulder; tie around neck halter; “X’s” front closure! You can tie it as tight as you want across your breasts or as loose, depending on how much of them you want to show off! Soft, super soft material. (The cover shot is me with a black tee shirt on underneath.)
