Worn only once. Gorgeous halter maxi dress with a variety of flowers to accent the dress. The dress is backless with the lower back elastic banding. The front of the breast top is adjustable to your size by adjusting the 2nd set of straps. The 1st set of straps goes around your neck to create the halter effect. Dress is very long and flowy.
