Halter Neck Crop Top Size Small Black & White This crop top is so chic! The black with strategic vertical white stripes is so flattering! I paired it with a high waisted white skort. Note: THERE IS NO BRAND TAG I bought it preowned and the seller said it was Forever 21, so I’m marking it as such (it looks nearly identical to a top currently on their site). There is also no size tag. It fits like a small and I’ve included measurements in photos.
