Halston Heritage Neutral Shift Dress

Tan and white shift dress with twisted front design. Purchased at a sample sale many years ago- it is the only one of its kind! Therefore there are no tags on it, so material composition is unknown (tan material feels like a crepe and the white material feels like satin).
