Halsam Dominoes Mid 20th Century 1940-1969 ~Vintage~ and was known for its quality and durability. Halsam Products Co. was established in 1917 by Hal Elliott and Sam Gross Jr., initally specializing in woodend ABC blocks. They later expanded into dominoes and othe toys, becoming a significant player in the toy market. Halsam produced various domino sets, including double-six, double-nine, and even double-twelve sets. The sets often featured unique designs, such as dragons or filigree patterns on the backs of the tiles. These dominos are black with different colored paint on the dots. There is no bottom to the box so I made one. The box top is very old and made of cardboard, and is in great condition for putting on a shelf and displaying it. This is a full set including blanks. This is a vintage item and condition is to be expected with age.
