Halpern Sequin Striped Minidress 34 (0) in Dark

PLEASE READ CONDITON & DO NOT SIZE DOWN THERE ARE A FEW SEQUINS MISSING & IT RUNS SMALL Condition: This dress was purchased from Saks Fifth Avenue. I tried it on but have never worn it. It is too small for me. It is in very good but not perfect condition. There are a few small areas where sequins are missing. I have tried to capture the areas in photos. Some of the black paint appears to have rubbed off of the zipper. The zipper is still functional. Sizing: This item is in French sizing, which runs smaller than American sizing. The fabric is non-stretch. I would recommend this for a US 00. I took this dress to a tailor to see if it could be altered, but ultimately decided that it would fit best on someone who is truly a French size 34.
