Halogen x Atlantic-Pacific Tiered Polka Dot Tulle Top

A rare find! Sold Out. A top created by Blair Eadie Bee, of Atlantic-Pacific fame in collaboration with Halogen. I loved it, but never ended up wearing it and I'm trying to be more mindful of allowing pieces to go that I am not actively rotating in my closet. I originally purchased from princess_peach5, and I am including the original photos as well as how it was styled by Bee. It is in the exact same condition as when I purchased it, which was excellent. One will need a strapless bra as the top half is sheer. This top would look amazing with the matching skirt, or adorable with jeans or shorts. It's a fun way to add some whimsy to your wardrobe!
