Halogen formal polka dot skirt

Halogen formal brown skirt with grey polka dots. Never worn but needs ironing. Missing tags. Please see pics for flaws - has one area where the thread came off but its very unnoticeable. It reflects lights so the color looks a bit off but please refer to stock photos for true color. US size 6
