Tailored hip-length Halogen cape with shoulder detail and pockets. perfect to throw over a sweater with pants or a skirt. Zipper front. fully lined. Not wool, but heavy weight. sized XL but generous proportions. see photos for measurements. would fit plus size 1X to 2X. Like new condition. Only worn a few times.
