Halogen XS V-Neck Tank Top NWOT

Halogen size XS, loose fit tank top. New without tags (has the plastic piece). V-neck and v-back with black tulle all along the edges. The pattern reminds me almost of a peacock feather- a curved blue diamond with a black diamond inside it. Material is light like chiffon, 100% polyester. One small spot on the inside where some thread is coming loose but otherwise in perfect condition. PTP ~18
