Slips on patent leather ballet flats from Halogen are super cute and goes with anything. They were pre-owned but, they are in good condition. Looks as though these flats may have been worn 1 or 2 times. They are a size 9, may run a little small so of you're a size 8.5 they may fit perfectly.
