So have you had this collar reset ? I desperately need another collar BUT I ran into with one buying second hand that if it’s still attached to another account/dog I cannot use it. Somehow you have to call halo and have them reset it

Has it been reset? I know if you have previously used it you have to call Halo and get it reset so the new user can make a new account.
