Halloween Ruffle Garland

This gorgeous fabric ruffle garland can be used as a Halloween banner, party garland, baby shower, high hair or photo backdrop. Colors include light purple, orange, black, buffalo check. Garland length comes in listed sizes but can be made in a custom size. The size shown in photos is 30 inches. Atleast 2 feet of twine is left on each end for hanging. Ruffle length is approximately 13-14 inches. Fabric may have some fraying but gives the garland character.
