Handmade skirt made by me ! Lol I made it for myself but made the waist too wide so now it's for someone special to enjoy. Please note as this is handmade and I do not have a serger the seams aren't perfect! Super cute flare/circle skirt with a waistband and skull buttons. The skirt was pinned in the back on the mannequin as it didn't fit her either. I worked hard on this lol! Labeled as new, since it's been made and never worn. You can wear the skirt on whichever side you prefer.
